Is there a GPO for Power Management

I would love to control the power management setting on all workstation via group policy? Is there such a Policy that allows me to do this on an all Windows XP / Windows 2003 domain.

Seem I can only control Power Management Locally.

There is no native policy that I know of, but there is a third party tool that works with GPO to do this. Look here:
