hello

can somebody tell me that there is a print spooler service on a windows 98 comuters, like on a winNT and Win2000

where can i find this service

What exactly do you need? There is no service you can stop and restart, if that's what you're asking.

sometimes when i boot my pc, all the printers i configured on my pc are gone, i know in win2000 can you resolve this problem by restrting the print spooler service, but how can you solve this in wiondows 98 without restarting your computer

I've seen this symptom quite often in 95 and 98, its usually a resources issue. Try disabling some of the background applications, and if you run several programs at once, either don't use so many, or add RAM if its under 256mb (go to start, run, type msconfig, click OK, go to the startup tab, this is a list of startup apps).
