I'm trying to edit user's out of the global address, but keep them active as a user. Is this possible?
Thanks.

Just hide the user from the Adressbook ?

Marc

Thanks for the reply Marc =)
I tried to search the help as well as properties in exchange and the properties within user profile. Just no luck on finding the proper right click to hide the user. Any thoughts on where the hide may be.
Thanks Again Marc.
Monty.

You go into Active Directory, choose the user you want to hide, double click to get the properties, click the Exchange Advanced Tab and select ... Hide from Exchange address list.

Or .. in System Manager - Click Help - type 'hide' and the 4th one will tell you exactly the same.

Thanks Marc - Dude I never would've seen it if it wasn't for your last post. I didn't know about the Advanced Properties in the user. The Advanced Properties wasn't checked off so it didn't open when the user's properties were open. YOU RO_CK DUDE!!! THANKS FOR THE HELP!!! =+)
Monty.

You're welcome.
And maybe I should have mentioned to turn on the Advanced setting.
