Is REALMON.EXE STOPED from Batch File in Win98?

Is it possible to disable REALMON.EXE from a batch file in a Windows 98 station?

I have a Win NT Net with NT Server 4.0 sp6a (InoculateIT 4.53) and Win98 stations starting avupdate.exe during login process.

I need to schedule a batch file to execute DEFRAG.EXE in Win98 stations. As InoculateIT REALMON.EXE (protected by password) is running all the time, I need to stop it, and afterwards DEFRAG.EXE to finish, i need to restart REALMON again.

Thanks a lot for your help.
