Is possible create a non-EAS enviroment into EAS enviroment???

Hello,

In my system(EAS) i need non-EAS features for an market campaign and EAS features for other market campaigns. How can i do it, if is possilbe???

Set up two skills for the two call types then set the routing on your non-eas to "UCD-MIA" if you want to route tomost idle agent.
