Is PHP.NET documentation screwy?

I foolishly rely on an active net connection and have never downloaded the PHP documentation for a rainy day. I now find that the PHP.NET online search function and documentation is not accessible. Is anyone else finding this now? I can access other sites, but the PHP.NET servers seem to be dropping out.

It may depend on which server you're taking to.

us2.php.net seems to be responding okay.

I finally got a halfway good connection and am downloading the CHM manual frmo weblabor.hu now.
