Is MP6 equivalent to FP6? 1

My current Veritas backup environment is 4.5 MP6. For compatibility issues (HPUX, Linux Redhat, Windows 2000, and Citrix platforms) is MP6 equivalent to FP6?

No. FP is a Feature Pack while MP is a Maintainence Pack. The FP has the Maintainence Pack but new features as well. If you are running MP you will have to uninstall and re-install with the path you wish to choose.
