can I change(convert) a windows Application to a webbased application?? I guess from VB.NET to ASP.NET?

if so, how?

I know this is pretty open question, but wanting to see if I program in VB.NET for windows apps, if the need arises, could I then "convert" them to a web-based app?

thanks in advance for ANY help,

The amount of work required will vary from "some" to "huge", depending on how the app was originally architected and implemented. So, there's no way for anyone on an online forum to make a recommendation because we don't know that information.

Thanks for the quick response, I guess what I'm trying to avoid is "re-programming" all the apps for web-based delivery. I'm still in the early stages of the project. so if I can think ahead...right no the windows forms are not available via web, but they might be within the next 6 months or so.

thanks again,
