Is it possible to return main greeting?

Hi

If an incoming caller presses "0" and no-one answers at the reception, do they have the option of keying in a new extension in order to speak to someone else, and can they get access to the directory if they need to find an extension number? .

Press GRTG
Press AA
Check to see if "Return to AA: equals "y

the caller can press star to return to the main menu
