Is it possible to make mini prints of PPT presentation on 1 page?

Is it possible to make mini prints of the dia's of a PowerPointPresentation on 1 page with the numbers of the dia's on it so that you have a handy overview of all dia's of a PPT presentation and you can see easily which number a certain dia has?

I don't know, but what about the different styles you can get in File | Print and select "Handauts" in the "Print what" dropdown.

Hi Roy, yes I have been looking around there as well, but I could not find it there. It's possible to choose the handout print option so that you get 9 prints on a sheet. But I cannot get the numbers of the dia there.

YOu can File > Send to > MS Word. It will include the slide numbers, but it does not put all slides on a single page. However, now that you have them in Word, you can do whatever you want.

could you not include the detail you want into the slide Footer? Then the print would always have it as viewable regardless of how many slides you put on a handout page.
