We have our Terminal server (Citrix) users locked down pretty tight. I have the policy flag for the help system in Office2k3 set to force offline help only as the default is online help and our users do not have internet access.
The problem is that something is still blocking them when they click on a topic in the offline help. They are getting the denied message from the polciy telling them that restrictions are in affect.
Can anyone clue me in to what else needs uplocked for user to be able to use help?
