Is anyone experiencing problems with Reporting in SP1 ?

In SP1 I am having the most difficult problems producing reports with actual 'data'. I am running reports and seeing the reports running and outputting pages to the reports folder but when I click on them in the GUI MOM interface most of them are blank.

Anyone experiencing the same type of problems ? I never experienced these problems in the first version and I ran them exactly the same way.
