I have three telecom equipment with Ethernet Nic connected to a hub(for central management purposes of the equipment). This hub connects using lan bridge modems(Tellabs modems) to another network. A 128Kb leased line connects the two lan bridge modems to another hub in a remote station and then to a pc for management of the telco equipment.
For some reason i loose the connection of the telco equipment (with management) after a period of some days.I can't ping any equipment that passes through the leased-line.The only way to recover this problem is to reset hardware the ethernet card of telco equipment.I wander if the 128Kb leased line is sufficient to connect a small lan of 3 or 4 ethernet connections to another lan.
