We have IronMail 3.1.4 installed and they (Cipher Trust) have asked if we want to upgrade to 4.0.

I have googled for info from other customers to see if they have upgraded and I only see reviews of people trying it for the 1st time.

Has anyone here upgraded and do you use the added monitored support from Cipher Trust and has it positively or negatively impacted that server's ability to process mail?
