irc trojan

I have contacted an irc trojan which was caught by norton antivirus, however norton could not repair it and access to file was denied. The virus is in C:\wint\system32\nt32.ini.
I have an big VIRUS Alert incon on my desktop which will not go away. How can I find out what kind of virus I have and how can I get rid of it?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Howdy:

Here is the link for the instructions on how to clean it.. Basically, delete the file is all you have to do.. The file is placed on your system by the trojan..

Then, get rid of the mIrc programs you have...
