IRAD not release CO line

Has anyone ran into a problem with CICS 6.1 IRAD not releasing the CO line after NRU terminates the connection? I have ran through the programming, CO lines are set for supervision. This system has but a single Global/CallerID trunk card, using 2 of the CO lines. Thoughts??

No- I have not.
I would test the lines:
Dial in, put the call on hold, release the far end. The line on hold should release with 10 seconds. If it does not, the CO may not be sending the signal.
