IPX Protocol suddenly down.

I have a problem with my Cisco Router at remote site, I can ping to that router but I can't telnet to the router. It's look like the IPX Protocol is down.

I've asked my friend at remote site to ping/telnet from their local workstation and they got the same problem.

Sometimes we can telnet the router after we reset the router but only can work a few hours, almost every morning they'd to reset the router

Have a look in the router logs and post what messages you are getting regarding IPX
