We have a new prologix. I'm trying to establish an IPSoftphone connection (Road Warrior Mode). Problem I'm having is that I can't seem to establish an audio connection. When a call comes in, it rings, but you cannot answer it. When trying to make a call, I recieve a pop-up message " Your call could not be completed, try again." I list-trace the station and see no activity during the attempt.
No ports are being blocked on the network. I status the station and I see that there's a connection for the Call-control, but there's no connection information under Audio Channel. Is there a setting in the switch that I'm missing?
Known:
1) Data network is wide open
2) Ipsoftphone version 4
3) I can use the same softphone setup on another switch, and it works fine, so I don't believe it's PC related.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
