This is what has been reported to me thus far; (keep in mind that this is the customer reporting these issues)
Still experiencing great difficulty with calls being broken into by other calls, voicemail messages, and conference calls.
Outgoing calls are overriding current calls.
Voicemail is not picking up, Conferencing calls are dialing over other calls in use. Wow should be quite a visit, this install has a main site with a IP Office 500 v2 7 0 (36) with a voicemail pro on a windows server or pc connected across a vpn to another IP Office 500 v2 7 0 (36) using centralized voicemail from main site. Install was done in June 2011 and problems just started happening within the past two weeks, NOTE; these issues do not happen constantly but only occasionally. amriddle thanks for your reply thus far. I will be onsite tomorrow to test trunks look into the config etc.... and will turn on a monitor trace as well as well as educate this customer to keep a detailed log going forward. Thoughts anyone and thanks so much for you time! ps voicemail has 6 to 8 ports will confirm tomorrow.
