Have a VMpro module setup where call enters a menu, option is selected and call rings through to an extension, should the call then route to voicemail, customer would like to be able to run a report on the oak call logger to establish number of calls routing through to voicemail.
When you run a report on the extension, it doesn't indicate if the call hits voicemail or is answered. Does anyone know if there is a method to send any info on the call which will be picked up by the SMDR output, just prior to going to voicemail so this can be reported on?
