I have a client with an Avaya IPO running 8.1 (79) with Call Center agents and Reporting and they want to upgrade to Rel 9.1
Do they need only an upgrade license to 9.1 or do the Agent and Call Center Reporting require any additional licenses?
I know that they have 2 VCM64 cards that will need to be changed to VCM64 V2 and also need to purchase 24 additional ip licenses but not sure about the call center portion.
Anyone know if any additional licenses are needed when upgrading to 9.1?
