I have an issue that has existed with an since the upgrade to 8.1, 500 v2 (Replaced Control unit/ Pri and combo cards)
Problem is with receptionist 1416 set. When on an active call and additional calls ring in she cannot select transfer and process the current call or any subsequent calls until all ringing calls are answered and put on hold. Then she can go back and retrieve held calls and transfer them. She has 10 CA buttons and uses Soft Console for viewing status only. The User is set as Receptionist in mg, she is the only member of the hunt group with an overflow. The hunt group is set Collective\Call Waiting. Telephony options are Ringing line and Idle Line preference on.
The strange thing is that if she answers a call puts it on hold then retrieves it she can then transfer normally regardless of new ringing Call appearances.
I'm sure I've overlooked something elementary.
Appreciate any ideas.
