We have a 3o minute lock out policy on user machines. If they are on the soft phone and Bluetooth headset for an hour call will the computer still run and recognize that the computer has a program running and not go to the log out (ctrl+Alt+del) screen?

Your customer asked who?

And I suppose that you could lab test it assuming you are a BP with lab gear and use the same method to lock out the computer.

The Bluetooth headset won't last 1 hour...:p

If you asked in a Microsoft forum it would be more valid, just because the programmes is made by Avaya doesn't mean this isn't more of a IT question, just test it with a trial licence if you need to :)
