In reference to this: I couldn't reply to this thread for some reason..

Does this still work? I downloaded the Reliable Data Transport Client/Server Tool V2.0 but it only receives "SPL Processing msg type unknown"

It receives this from every new call.

I want to collect SMDR data and have it output to a .CSV file

This is an 8.1 IP500V2

I have changed/build this one. In the IPO only fill in the IP address of the pc that is running this tool and change the port number (default 8891) the SMDR.csv is dumped in C:\temp\smdr\ which can be changed if you like. More info in the readme.txt

IP Office doesn't supports the CDR format anymore so the mentioned RDT tool doesn't recognize the data it receives.

Great info! I've setup the SOSO SMRD logger, it's working great. I would like it to rollover the output file with a date stamp of some sort. But I'll take what I can get!!

It is easy to rename the file with the windows task manager at midnight or so

Sorry, I thought I did... I confirmed it this time!

What about Bas1234 who provided the link to the software
