One very nice enhancement to be implemented on the next Avaya IPO Release (9) would definitely be On Hold Music increments in length and quantity.

Use an external player or have it running on a PC with a sound card into the IPO. Not supplying one in the IPO keeps the chassis simple and the cost down for people who don't need it.
