I have a set of R11 licenses that have never been hosted and I am needing to turn up a new IP500V2A. I am looking to put R12.1 on this IPO. I assume I need to install latest 11.1 and send the cfg and upgrade xml off for an upgrade license and then upgrade to 12.1 directly. Upgrade path instructions in the release notes are non-existent lately. When trying to keep the system as clean as possible, is this the needed steps or can 12.1 be installed initially?
