I have IPO9.1
I have 5 licenses of Power User.

Please wish application can be installed using this license ? is it Avaya Sftphone or One-x communicator?

wish software should be used? is it SIP or H323 endpoint?

it is basic user with standard telephony features

Go to the user screen and press F1 (help)

There you will see a overview of which profiles support which applications.

And what are you a specialiste in? (name)

How is it not clear?

If you question is should you use Avaya Video Softphone or Avaya Communicator, well then you should know that Avaya Video Softphone isn't supported on new users on 9.1 so that leaves?

What part of this do you not understand, it plainly tells you what licenses you need for Communicator.
Read that link that Janni attached from top to bottom, its very helpful.
