Hi guys, having some challenges with an IPO R11, AMS 7.8 and ACCS 7.0.3. We are getting a large number of silent calls from the system. The system is configured to use the in-built IVR, and has a SIP trunk configured on IPO. During busy hours we received about 30 simultaneous calls, therefore in a time frame of 12 hrs about 1500 total calls to the IVR, 700 calls to the agent and about 130 of the agent received calls are silent.
I'm seeing a lot of RTP delay from SysMonitor the IPO and the Media Server but not sure if this is an issue. Any assistance on where the issue could be, is highly appreciated.
