Ipo didn't sync with Zangspaces

Hi,

We just updated a new IPO to use with equinox.

We have created the account on Zangspaces, the domain is validated.
The key is loaded in the ipo but we can't see any user syncing in zangspaces.

Any idea what can be wrong ?
