Hi all,

There is Priority on Customer tab. If it is possible for a customer A with higher priority that was later called than other customer B and they are both in the queue that call from customer A been before answered? I tried to set it but without success.

How do you set the priority to the callers?
 
Customer A - Priority: 10
Customer B - Priority: 2

Personal contacts/topics:
Name-"Agent1"
Dial-in topic-"Topic4"

Agent1 is a member of Agent group-"Group 1". From Topic4 calls go to Group 1.
 
Thank you Derfloh, I managed to set up it. I added,
On Topic-Tools-Source priority groups:
Assigned sources-Topic4
Sort order-c."CCK_Priority"
