Has anyone ever gotten a IP Office and Quintum Tenor working together, we have an IP trunk going to the Tenor which it does connect to. We can make intercom calls from the IP Office to the Partner system behind the Tenor, and from the Partner to the IPO, but cannot use the IP trunk to dial out through the IP Office?

I have never seen ay of this equipment but from basic principle if you wish to dial out through the IP Office then you need to send the IP offcie the digits you would need to dial on switch to make the call

Ie if you are using 9 as a line acces code then you need to send 9XXXXXXXXXX down the Voip trunk
also be aware that you will probably have to ensure that this is sent enblock to be sucsesfull

I hope this helps, but since I was not involved with the installation I can only tell you I have one working, not sure the model the Quintum Tenor box is, it's hooked up to the IPO as trunks, with a short code accessing the trunk outgoing group, then that SC dials a single digit (via the Telephone Number field) to access an AutoAttn on the other end. The customer then completes the connection by dialing either the operator or an extension. The Quintum is hooked up via a dedicated IP on a DSL link. It works well though the DSL can be flakey. This setup provides 8 channels of voice from LosAngeles to Taipei
