Is there anywhere I can get what Alarm event code manual description, like a Norstar Alarm Event manual?
for example this Alarm on a IPO

3021mS PRN: ALARM: 21/07/2005 13:54:57 IP 403 3.0(40) <TLB Data Error> CRIT RAISED addr=00000008 d=5 pc=ff5b9fec 000d0036 ff64afec ff5b6fbc ff5b71e8 ff5b726c

TLB Data Error?

Thanks

The TLB Data Codes which are outputted just before a IP Reboots - goes belly up ! For some unknown reason, are different per Firmware Release.

Avaya UK have applications where you can enter the HEX code after the CRIT RAISED and produce a semi understandable response, but they do not make this is information available outside Tier 4/Engineering departments. The TLB data errors are normally related to a software bug causing the IPO to reboot most of them in the past have been resolved by firmware updates.

I have tried Many times to get the information but it does differ on a per software release. And they are not willing to release the applications umm I wonder why!

Only now are they starting to give some in-site into the Sys-Monitor Outputs !

Hope this Helps
