Could you please advise if you are aware of any trainings that cover the following topics:
1. IVR and its integtration via a ADO interface(ActiveX data objects)
2. Fax to Email
3. Video SmartPhone Application
4. Text to Speech (TTS)
5. CTI applications (CTI link pro and 3rd party TAPI)

Thank you
Sam

There is no set training course, like the 5S, that covers those topics, or realy, any of them except the TTS.
1.We do "IVR" in the courses, but not to ADO/active x, usually just to access db's.
2. fax to email is not supported on the system, you would need some third party device, like a multitech, to accomplish this.
3.video softphone is usually go over, but not really covered. most users/techs I deal with don't have webcams, or hell don't want to install the software, so we just look at if we can. If we do, we don't spend much time on it.
4. TTS is covered in the 5S courses
5.CTI applications typically are not covered. we go over CTI, what it can do, but we have nothing to integrate it with, besides showing them TAPI.

You could always requested a custom course, if a learning partner has techs trained in that type of work.

Austin,
Good info thank you. The problem is that we don't have 5s trainings in Canada or US, Are you aware of any alternatives?

Yes, yes you do have that training. I know you do, because I teach it up there, and down here in the US. You have to go to a learning partner to schedule it. However, there generally has to be enough interest in the course for it to run, a certain number of students have to join, they don't do it for just one person (unless you pay $$$$). The only one that I can *think* of, that does it in both the US and Canada (well, they are based in Canada), is Innovatia. There is another one, but I cannot remember their name off the top of my head. Anyways, they have a calendar of courses on their website you can check out.

Awesome. I've just checked Innovatia's Calendar and I believe I will ask them for a customized training. Thank you so much!
