IPO 9.1 showing ? on few sets 1

We just had an IPO 9.1 installed temporarely, the .cfg file came from an 9.0 and loaded in the 9.1
All Nortel sets connected to the DS30A shows date and extension but 3 newly installed sets are showing "?" in the middle of the screen.
The phones work fine but even if its a temporary installation the customer would like to have date and extension on all sets.
A reboot of the IPO didnt fix it and those phones are programmed the same as the working one.
Maybe a missing file somewhere?

Any suggestions?

1) Check the users name isn't ? or a variation thereof.
2) Change the status in One x from: ?
3) Delete the user, merge, and put it back in.

In trouble to be troubled, is to have your trouble doubled.
