I have an 8.1 IPO V2 with a PRI and several power users. One-x portal and VM Pro on same server 2008 machine. I can make calls (non voip) using the one-x mobile preferred app (using iphone 6s) and send IM's to other users. I was able to receive calls but only through twinning and not notified of incoming calls on the app. I think that is expected with 8.1 non-voip calls.

The issues I think I am having is when I pull up Events in the app it only shows the Inbox section, no call history. Even when voicemails are left, they are not shown on the app.

I have a feeling it may be due to not all the ports opened up/programmed properly on the firewall, but also am not sure if with this release of IPO and app if these features should be available or not.

If anyone can clear up what features are available to 8.1 or have any ideas why no Events are shown, no call notification, or voicemail access through the app that would be quite helpful.

***Also, no sign of ability to enable/disable twinning from the app.

Can be either port 8063 or 8069 TCP that is needed. I saw both in the docs.

We took over this account as their original BP was unable to get most of the features they wanted working. Turns out UMS was not installed when voicemail pro was setup so once that was installed voicemails were available through the App.

The last piece of the puzzle is no events showing up in the app such as recent call history. Any ideas?

This was a bug and was resolved with release 9.1(7)
