Brand new box with v 6.0.18 on it ...

before I start installing this for a simple dozen IP handsets and 5 SIP channels ... are there any glaringly horrible glitches in this version?

Oh - can you clear an afternoon in your diary please ... the Admin software has nearly downloaded so I'm about to be let loose on this one!

Just make sure you step any Dig exp modules through 3.2.999 manually, the system will take them up ro R7 straight away and so may cause issues in the long run. You need to change file server type to "Manager" step them through 3.2.999 then back up to 7 then change the file server back to memory card

No dig exp modules in this installation - pure IP phones, a VCM32 and an SD card ... oh and power cable ...

ok - you need to downgrade the power cable to rel 2.1 then up to 7 for it to work, otherwise it makes the power supply buzz.

They need DT software otherwise you will get fake distorted calls.

Just so you know ....
I've got the IPO ready to put in place ...

Life got easier once I opened two copies of Manager and copy pasted ARS and User Rights across (with button programming!)

It seems a shame to put such a capable box in for just 12 (ab)users ... but hey - gives me another box to play with ...

It probably won't work though ...

The &£(%£"£ Cisco router is going back in too - don't need to VPN now (or rather - don't need to rely on the VPN - VPN will be in place though!)

That probably won't work either!
