We have been working on linking up an IP Office with a Prophecy IVR. It is primarily for a support service where calls come on, are addressed, and depending on the response are forwarded to an extension on the IPO or to a cell phone.
Incoming calls to the IPO over over a T1 PRI. We currently have a 5 SIP Trunk licenses connecting the IVR to the IOP.
The fist issue we ran into was REFER not working on the SIP trunk. We kept getting a message on the IPO that Blind transfers were not allowed on the SIP trunk. TO get around this for the time being we set the IVR server to bridge, but if anyone has any option to get this working I would be very thankful.
After this were were able to create an ICR for internal extensions and transfer call correctly internally.
Now we are trying to transfer calls back out of the T1 to a users cell phone, but have been unable to make this happen.
Out Pri is on LG 7 and the SIP on LG 17.
We tried a ICR on LG 17 with the number as 9XXXXXXXXXX and the number as 9# which didn't seem to work. I get a no match found in the monitor. I was able to take an internal extension and change the destination to the 9XXXXXXXXXX cell phone number and it transferred successfully.
Anyone have any suggestions to get the incoming call from the sip trunk on line group 17 to call a cell phone out of the T1 on Line Group 7? Preferably with wildcards as I don't want to hard code all the cell numbers into an ICR.
Clear as mud right?
