I have a IP Office 500 V2 with 5610 & 5620 that will just be paperweights in the morning. It's not always the same phones, the system randomly changes the top header from the user name to blocks with the extension number in the top line. The buttons show the correct programming, but it doesn't work. The users have been power cycling the phones to clear the issues.

All the phones are on their own network. The system is release 6.

Sounds like another 6.0.8 issue.
So what version is on the ipoffice?

6.0.8. So is there a solution, or do we have to tell the customer it's going to cost them to upgrade their system to the latest firmware to correct it, or just keep power cycling your phones so they wear out quicker and we can sell them new ones.

Upgrading to the latest 6.0 is no cost to them, only time. It can go to the latest 7.0.5 for free if it's under 90 days old :)

The only release I see is the 6.0.8 on the site, there is a 6.0.1803 that says it's for 1400 series phone issues. Can I install the 6.1 firmware, or would there be a charge for that? The system has been up for just over a year.

Use 6.0.18
6.1 or 7.0 will need a license.
