We have IPO 500 with 3 PRIs and 32 VM Pro channnels. Whenever the consumption of VM Pro channels touch 100%, the system reboots. Has anyone experienced this..? If so any remady..?

Which firmware release & of IPO & what platform for the VM Pro?

I am not familiar with this particular issue but the above information will help

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

IPO 500 Core is R5.0.26 and VM PRO is R5.0.30

It appears that this is your third new thread in the past two days for the same issue. It would be significantly less confusing to folks trying to assist if you'd concentrate on just one good thread. If the issue is of such severity, it is time to call in your local Avaya Business Partner to sort this out.

Thanks mforrence. The idea of starting the new thread is that the reason for the reboot has been identified and it is the sure the reason for it. So the intention is to narrow down and get the information if available on it... I am sure you would appreciate it.

I haven't experienced that under release 7.x, however, you may keep the system to use vm ports to 100% by reserving 1 port to AA, tru this, if you don't have AA at all, vm port won't reach to 100% anymore.
