IPO 500 Upgrade Wizard~

I am a Nortel technician relatively new the the IP office platform. Due to the obvious situations with Nortel our company has decided to test the IPOffice waters... .We got our hands on a IPO 500 4.1(15) with a DS30 6.1(15). Everything works great until I attempt to add a DS16 version 4.1 (31). When I attempt to upgrade in Wizard it locates the three devises displays the upgrade firmware, but when I select to upgrade. It displays" All selected units failed to transfer" ? I've done a couple of keyword searches to no avail. Can anyone please advise.

did you put password in for the password?

Indeed a password problem
But that could be changed
Is your login changed from default or is it Administrator ?
If not then reset the security settings
