I was wondering has anyone else experienced this. We have a customer who when they receive calls from a sky customer the phone rings once and then goes busy. I traced the call and it seems to setup the call and then clear down on the monitor. I then investigated further and I have found if you can get a call in to the system before the first data channel clears down it then rings okay. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this on release 5.0.22?
