I was wondering has anyone else experienced this. We have a customer who when they receive calls from a sky customer the phone rings once and then goes busy. I traced the call and it seems to setup the call and then clear down on the monitor. I then investigated further and I have found if you can get a call in to the system before the first data channel clears down it then rings okay. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this on release 5.0.22?

Make a trace with the ISDN options ticked in the filter, then post it here.

Having a similar issue (upgraded to V5.0.22 while trying to resolve so also affecting 5.0.15)
only some calls affected
system status shows call being dropped from remote end
Trend test on ISDN is OK.
I am currently awaiting traces from the field engineer to escalate
