IPO 406Rs with Embedded VM,.. Cant Skip the greeting with "1" 1

I was asked why our system wont skip a greeting when the caller presses "1". The greeting just keeps playing. Is there an option in the IPO 406V2, Embedded VM to turn this option on?

with embedded there is no options for 0,1,2,3 it is all *1, *0 and *2

you could try that.

It has been added with newer releases, but with r5 it was not recognized.

Thanks, *1, didnt work, nor did *2, *0 of coarse got me to the operator. Is there something I need to turn on for *1 to work?

*0, *1, etc are used as 0-outs out of a mailbox. Different then pressing 1 to skip the message. You won't be able to skip the greeting without an upgrade.

OK thanks. Sound like callers have to listen to the entire greeting. I guess I'll tell them to keep it short.. LOL
The *0 works well for 0-out. something we didnt know. Thanks!!
