IPO 10.0.0.4 with 9508s

This a recent install. I am having issues where the 9508s have feedback on internal and external calls while on speakerphone. Wasn't this repaired in a previous upgrade? I turned AGC off on the phone and turned echo cancel off too. If I make internal call and just touch the phone you can hear the feedback. Is there a way to turn the gain down on the mic?

lower the phone volume this will help with echo
