IPLU ETHERNET CABLE UNPLAGGED TELEPHONE REGISTERED YET?

Hi guys
any suggestion is appreciated....
I hope this other info can be useful:
VERSION=CXP1010115/4/TSWSP07/SP07
ipphone:HW ver./Application CAA1580043 ver./Boot ver.:R2C/R8A3/R4A It's a DBC422 02
IPLU:R7E
problem:
When I unplug the cable from IPLU my IP Phone it stay registered yet(I see it from IPEXP)
while the alarm 363 info2=1 issued(layer 2 disconnect)
telephone file config RRQTtl=100
But if I disconnect Layer 3,telephone becomes "not registered"
can you help me?
