ipldk20 adding cordless dect

Hi we have a ipldk20 system in our office with a 24port patch panel. Five extensions are in use with lg nortel phones. We would like to add a standard cordless phone to the system but there seems to be more to it than just plugging it in to the patch pannel.

We have the LDK PC Admin software installed, can anyone please help.

You need to patch up a cable to the analogue port of the ipLDK-20, if any. Then patch the cable up through your patch panel to the base station (radio fixed part) of the standard cordless phone. Just dial an internal number to sse what number the standard cordless phone has got.
I can recommend Siemens cordless phones, where you can buy one set of cordless phone included with the radio part (base station) to be connected to an analogue port of the ipLDK-20.
