Hi all,

We have an IP LDK100 system with expansion cabinent, currently this is servicing one location with a single phone line. We have another location with its own phone number but currently it is not a manned location all the time, we were wondering whether it would be possible to move the phone number from the alternate location and pass it through the IP LDK100 next to the current main line we have and make this the primary switch board for both locations and manually or by extension route it to the alternate location.

The main location has 50 extensions and the alternate has 10 extensions

Is it possible to have two completely independent BT lines routed through the IP LDK100 so they are routable to all phone extensions?

We currently have:

1x LCOB8
1x DTIB12
5x SLIBe

Any help is much appreciated.

Yes, this will be possble.
I guess that you use analogue lines since you have LCOB8.
With this board you can have up to 8 analogue trunk lines.

The new number to be added could be entered in a ring group, so when someone calls in on the new line a number of phones will ring.

But you need BT to move the physical line from address A to address B (main location).
