ipLDK-60 -- Need calls to go to voicemail when station is busy

Hi all, I've been reading many helpful posts on this forum since installing our ipLDK-60 earlier this year, and I hope someone can answer what I'm sure is a trivial question:

I have a pretty simple setup -- all incoming calls go to a very basic CCR menu (basically "enter an extension or dial 0 for an attendant"), which works great. If I enter "101" I get sent to station 101, as expected. No problem with that.

But if I enter "101", and that station is busy at the time, I just get a "Station is Busy" message. How do I get those calls to go to that statioin's voicemail instead?

Voicemail IS configured for the station -- if the station user simply does not answer the phone, the call will go to voicemail as expected. It's only *busy* calls that do not.

What am I missing?

Thanks,

-Marc-

Check this:

Call Forward - Busy: When the user’s station is busy.
DKT [On/Off] + [FWD] + 2 + Sta No / Group No / # for VMIB
SLT Lift handset + 554 + 2 + Sta No / Group No / # for VMIB

OK, that seems promising. Is it possible to change this setting centrally using the PC ADMIN tool, or will I need to go to each station and do what Morenot suggested?

I have not configured the "# for VMIB" anywhere -- it has just "magically" worked for me (maybe only because I was lucky). Do you happen to know what that # is by default? Is it just the station number?

Never mind, I'm an idiot. Thanks! :)
