IPLDK-20 PC connection problem

Hi
You are best connecting via LAN. The default IP is 192.168.1.1 so make sure your PC is on the same range. Can you ping the system?
Can you check PGM108, Flex key 2 and make sure an IP address is programmed.
If the system has been reset are the phone back up and working internally except for bits of programming? Make sure they aren't displaying 'Local No Ack' If this is the case then the power supply maybe the issue and you'll never connect to the system until the power supply is replaced.
To program an IP you need to go to PGM108, Flex 2, press 192*168*1*1 then press Hold/Save. Make your Laptop 192.168.1.100 for example.
