IPLDK-20 and RS232 Program Access

Hi Experts

I am trying to use PC ADMIN to access and download the config from the switch. I got the details from one of the forums so thanks very much.

My problem is that I get a serial connection over the RS232 port and the monitor show that the PC is requesting the config. However the LDK-20 just does not respond. Are there some setting changes I need to make? If so please let me know what they are.

Check PGM170 and 175 for serial connections and settings.
