Hi

I would appreciate some help from you experts. I have an IPLDK-20 switch which has been taken offer from the company that left. It was configured for 2xISDN2e circuits (i.e. 4 channels). We have 1xISDN2e circuit. I have connected BRI1 to the ISDN NT1 and I can pick up an outgoing line. However dialling in give the 'busy' tone. I get an indication of a call on the phone handset, but when I attempt to pick it up, I get a 'line busy message'. The TelCO says that the line is ok, but they cannot detect any equipment on the end of the line. The ISDN line has just been installed by the TelCO.

Any ideas? Do I need to re-config the IPLDK-20 to work with a single IDN ciruict and if so how.

Thanks in advance.

Check PGM 141 to see if the line 3+4 (i.e. your new ones) are opened for outgoing traffic.
Also see if you can find the post here in this forum where ISDN2/ISDN30 programming is detailed described.

I found it...

Go carefully throgh it, and you should be able to work it out.
Also swap the "new" BRI/ISDN2 line with the "old" one to see if you can dial out...
Try this before, you begin programming.
